Thank you for choosing TUBA. Your trust matters to us. We design TUBA to be privacy‑respectful and business‑friendly.

What we store
Business data you record in the app (for example: products, sales, income, expenses, customers, invoices, receipts, inventory, notes, and settings). This data powers features like analytics, reporting, and cloud backup.

Where it is stored
Data is saved locally on your device for offline use. When you sign in, data is synchronized to our cloud database powered by Supabase (Postgres). Learn more about how data is stored and managed here: Supabase Database Overview.

Who can access it
Only the authenticated account owner can access their data. We use per‑user access controls to prevent other users from viewing or modifying your records.

How we use it
Your data is used solely to deliver app functionality (sync, reports, analytics). We do not sell your data.

Security
Connections to the cloud use secure HTTPS. Supabase manages the database infrastructure and backups for reliability.

Your choices
You can export a local backup anytime and manage cloud sync under Account. If you have questions or want your data removed from the cloud, navigate to the Account page, make sure you're logged in then click "detete account permanently", or, you can contact us using the "Contact Developer" option from your side menu.

You’re offline. All changes are saved locally and will sync when you’re back online.

How to save a local backup:
Tap the top-right save button (💾) or click the “Consider Local Backup” toast to export a JSON file.

When back online:
Click the sync indicator (“Synced ☁️ → Click to 🔄”) to push data silently, or use Account → Push to Cloud.

Tip: You can continue recording sales, products, income, etc., while offline — they’ll sync later.
